The possibility remains for BLUEMOTION SRL to process the aforementioned data in aggregate form, in compliance with the measures prescribed by the Supervisory Authority and by virtue of the specific exemption from consent provided by it, for analysis and electronic processing (e.g., classification of the entire clientele into homogeneous categories for service levels, consumption, expenditure, etc.) aimed at periodically monitoring the development and economic performance of BLUEMOTION SRL's activities, guiding the related industrial and commercial processes, improving services, and planning and implementing commercial communication campaigns.
Your data will be processed for the purposes, duration, and based on specific legal grounds for processing detailed in the aforementioned information, as well as communicated within the EU, in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Regulation, to any third parties (the list of such parties is available in the aforementioned information), depending on the services offered by the Sites and expressly requested by you.
The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes will be carried out in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 and subsequent amendments (“Privacy Code”) and the Privacy Regulation, as well as all specific sector regulations, including those provided for by the "Rules of the Guarantor for loyalty programs" of February 24, 2005 and the "Guidelines on the processing of personal data for online profiling" of March 19, 2015.
In compliance with the "Guidelines on promotional activities and combating spam" of July 4, 2013, we emphasize that any consent you may provide for sending commercial, promotional, and marketing communications via automated means will also extend to traditional contact methods.
The data you provide will be processed primarily with IT tools under the authority of the Data Controller, by specifically authorized and instructed persons to process them according to Articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation and Article 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code.
5. Mandatory or optional nature of data provision, consequences of a possible refusal, and legal basis for processing
Without prejudice to what is expressly indicated in the specific information referred to in this Privacy Policy and on the Sites, for the purposes of the previous Article 4, except for marketing and profiling purposes and the newsletter service, the provision of your personal data is mandatory because, without it, you will not be able to navigate the Sites and, through the Sites, enjoy the respective functionalities and services you may request. Consequently, the legal basis for the related processing is the fulfillment of legal obligations and the execution of the services provided through the Sites and requested by you (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b and c of the Privacy Regulation).

Your data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Privacy Regulation, to the following subjects: to the tax administration and/or other public authorities, where this is required by law or at their request; to the structures, subjects, and external companies that the Controller uses for carrying out activities related, instrumental, or consequent to the execution of the Newsletter service; to external consultants (for example, for managing tax obligations), if not designated in writing as Data Processors. The data necessary for sending the Newsletter will be processed based on the legitimate interest of Alì S.p.A. and the requestor, until the latter exercises the right to unsubscribe from the service.
